The Marienburg on the Nogat River

Warsaw – Gdansk

Along Vistula River to the Baltic Sea

8 Days / 7 Nights
Easy
The Marienburg on the Nogat River

The Vistula, also known as the Queen of the Polish Rivers, is a natural river that connects the most important cities in Poland. There has been hardly any intervention in its course, so you can observe the formation of islands and the corrosion of the banks. Enjoy the untouched nature that you will encounter here. On the way you will see places steeped in history, historical crusader castles and varied landscapes.

Get to know the unspoiled landscape of Poland with Eurobike. From the historic capital of Warsaw you cycle, mostly slightly downhill, along the Vistura, which is called the Wisla in this country. On your trip to Gdansk you will get many wonderful new impressions of Poland. When you arrive in Gdansk, it’s time to relax. And you can do that particularly well on the beautiful Baltic Sea! Put your feet up and look back over the eventful days.

  • Warsaw: The capital has a lot to offer tourists: a visit to the Warsaw Royal Castle, the historic old town and St. John’s Cathedral is an absolute must.
  • Pierogi: Don’t miss out on trying THE Polish speciality. The filled dumplings are delicious!
  • Marienburg: The largest brick building in Europe is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and not only impresses the culture lovers among you!

Cycle for eight days on optimal cycle paths, dirt roads, back roads and disused railway embankments to your destination of Gdansk. The leisurely daily stages between 35 and 60km only rarely have inclines and are also feasible if you are not a particularly experienced cyclist. Perfect to take in the landscape and beautiful surroundings!
