Your personal information meeting

At the start of your trip, you’ll meet at the hotel for an information meeting with your support team on-site. You’ll receive your travel documents in advance — either in person or left for you at the front desk.

After the welcome, a detailed overview will follow: Together with your destination representative, you will go through all the contents of the documents step by step. These typically include the list of hotels, vouchers for transfers or attractions, and train tickets.

A smooth start is the best way to begin your cycling holidays. To ensure you’re fully prepared from the very beginning, we’re here to support you with personalized service and expert advice. Our on-site employee will explain the tour to you in a personal information meeting, draw your attention to special features and be available to answer your questions in order to clear up any ambiguities. 

If a personal information meeting is not possible, you can always reach our staff in our head office via the service hotline.

Our rental bikes

Did you book a rental bike for your cycling holidays? It will be handed over and the associated equipment like pannier- and handlebar bags to you personally on the day of arrival. The service also includes adjustment of the bikes to your body size. Take the opportunity to do a short test lap to see whether you can handle your bike.

Our luggage service

The pleasant thing about our tours is that you only travel with light luggage during the day. You only pack what you really need in your saddlebag and your suitcase travels to the next accommodation. Our staff will pick up your luggage from your hotel in the morning and bring it to your next accommodation by 6pm at the latest.

Our roadside assistance

We’ll show you how to fix minor breakdowns on your own. You’ll receive a handy accessory set that includes a repair kit, air pump, and security lock. If needed, please contact our on-site representative. They will either be able to assist you over the phone or, in an emergency, will of course come to your aid in person.
