Vistula River
An enchanting cycling route through the heart of Poland awaits you along the Vistula River between Krakow and Warsaw, where you can indulge in culture and architecture in these two vibrant cities. The untamed and stunning natural beauty owes itself to the river's original course, which has remained largely untouched over time. Historic towns, with Kazimierz Dolny being just one example, and picturesque landscapes define the route. Enjoy the serene cycle paths, savor local delicacies, and immerse yourself in the captivating culture of this unique country.
Starting your journey in Krakow, your first stop deserves thorough exploration. The initial cycling leg leads you through untouched forests to Hebdów. The subsequent section of the route is immersed in wild, picturesque nature and charming villages. A bus transfer then whisks you from Zalipie to Baranów Castle.
On Day 4, you'll enjoy a leisurely bike ride to Sandomierz, nestled amidst vineyards, where we suggest visiting a local wine producer. Continuing through Annopol, you'll follow the Vistula River to Józefów and then onward to Kazimierz Dolny, renowned for its charming harbor facilities. Along the route, orchards dot the landscape, but it's the stunning nature along the riverbanks that truly offers breathtaking vistas. The final stage brings you to the Polish capital, Warsaw, by bus and bike. A city tour serves as the perfect conclusion to this diverse cycling adventure.
Between Krakow and Warsaw, you'll traverse approximately 275 kilometers across six stages. The cycling routes predominantly run along natural paths and occasionally through dyke landscapes. This tour provides comprehensive catering and top-notch service from our local team. Additionally, a guided tour of Krakow is included in the tour package.
